Services
  • Provide the Client with suitable bio-data of potential candidates as per the requirements of the Client as intimated to EMS from time to time.

  • Ensure that the potential candidates are given fair and accurate information about the Client and the Client's requirements.

  • Provide to the Client any information about a potential candidate that is in the knowledge of EMS and disclosure of which information may be considered to be relevant to the recruitment process and in the interest of the Client.

  • Communicate and coordinate between the Client and the potential candidate in fixing the venue, time or such other matters relating to meetings between the Client and potential candidate.

  • Assist the Client with the Coordination of acceptance of job offers by and between the potential candidate and the Client.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  • Jr. Level to Assistant Manager – 8.33% of annual ctc
  • Manager to Senior Manager – 10% of annual ctc
  • AGM to GM – 12.50% of annual ctc
  • Top Management – 16.50% of annual ctc
  • A Service Tax of 12.36% is charged extra on the invoice, as per notifications given by the Government of India.
  • The above is payable within 30 days of the date of the recruited candidate(s) joining the service of the Client.
  • We will be providing replacement of the candidate if he leaves within 3 months of joining period (it includes training & probation period also)
  • We shall be entitled for our professional fee if the candidate has been interviewed / rejected by you and later appointed with in the period of one year.
  • This Agreement shall come into force and effect from the date as mentioned below and shall remain in effect for a period of 1year from such date

Flowchart of the process:

  • Understanding of job specification and business of industry. (1 Day)
  • Collecting of profiles from the database, short listing of profiles. (2-3 Day)
  • Sending first short listing of profiles to client for short listing (3-5 Day)
  • After short listing by client fixed interview date. (5 Day)
  • Coordination for interview with the candidate. (6-7 Day)
  • First round interview (7-10 Day)
  • Call for final round, offer being made to candidate. (Vacancy closed).
